Dr. Byun (the in-house optometrist) gave a helpful and thorough eye exam and answered a ton of my questions in easy-to-understand detail. Millie helped pick a few great frames too

I purchased prescription sunglasses from this store some time ago. The shop assistants were all very kind and helpful. However, my experience with the prescription lenses wasn't entirely positive: The prescription lenses took a month to be crafted, as it appears they had to involve a third party for the manufacturing process. The resulting prescription lenses looked vastly different from the original lenses that came with the sunglasses. Unfortunately, my initial order of prescription lenses had a defect, which led to an additional month-long wait for a remake. Regrettably, the lens quality falls short in comparison to my other pairs from luxury brands, despite being the most expensive one I own. Non-prescription lenses might be satisfactory based on other reviews, but I cannot recommend their prescription glasses based on my experience.

I came in to see if I could get my sunglasses adjusted due to them fitting too tight behind my ears. Delphine was super helpful and got my pair of sunglasses adjusted and cleaned in 10 mins. The reviews dont lie, I will def come back to get a pair of computer glasses in the near future.

I've been a customer of this Cutler & Gross location for years! Their customer service is outstanding -- you can tell they really care about their clients and are passionate about eyewear. Most recently, I was thrilled to learn about their bespoke frame manufacturing after my vintage frames broke. They recreated my beloved glasses, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Thank you to the whole team, especially Gaby, for their care and attention. :)
