Update: Dr. Konrad kindly followed up. Three weeks from treatment, the ptosis and steroid deposit lesions issue hasn't resolved yet, but it's something she did try to provide explanation for which I appreciate. However it's ambiguous why second go had issues compared to the first. Will continue to update to help others with similar eye maladies. I developed ptosis and a white raised line lesion in the treated eye after receiving what should be routine steroid injections used to treat a chalazion by Dr. Konrad. I trusted her because my first visit with her the steroid injection went well, swelling was gone after 4-5 days, the steroid absorbed simply without trace, and chalazion was smaller. For this second time to take care of the same residual chalazion that recurred, I developed a white raised deposit from the steroid as well as residual ptosis that's taking time to resolve.

Dr. Konrad saw me after an eye injury. She was so professional, reassuring and funny! Busy, but all the good ones are. I'm so happy with the care I received from her and so appreciative of her flexibility to see me.

I have been seeing Dr. Konrad for 10 years! She’s not only a delightful person but her knowledge and expertise is second to none. I absolutely recommend her for any reason you have for seeing an eyebrow doctor! From basic checkups to major surgical procedures! On a scale of 1-10 she rates 100!
