        Absolutely, terrible experience. The reception desk is a joke. Whoever runs the desk is abysmal to work with. I was on a month to month and canceled during COVID but they kept sending me invoices. They hired an attorney to "settle" the charges. Once I "settled" the charges I called them back to increase my membership and they wanted me to pay beyond the "settled"charges and would not renew me.Then began harassing me to not list their address on my signature even though they were still charging me for it. STAY AWAYYYYY!

        First I'd like to say the reception team is lovely! I had an issue with my membership when I first signed on and the team was able to help me get the issue resolved in a timely manner. I've been working out of the Hudson Yards location for about a year now and so far so good, however their is a new person named Vijay I think that I share an office with and he's constantly loud, rude, and not to mention very SMELLY. Other than that experience I've been very pleased!
