Highly recommended! They not just selling the copier, they building long term relationship with customer. They always respectful, knowledgeable and attentive to all our problems and needs. During the whole duration of the lease they were always there for us when we needed it, or just keeping us informed about all latest news in copiers world, so now when the lease ends without any hesitating we know whom we trust! I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with feedback on both Erwin De Leon and Artur, both of whom you supervise.
On Wednesday, we had the installation of our new Kyocera CS5002i. From the delivery of the equipment to the installation to the point where we are fully up and running, both Erwin and Artur were, available, responsive, patient, and helpful. We did encounter a few hiccups as we have several work processes that go through our copier equipment, but through it all, Erwin and Artur made themselves available to connect with our vendors and work out the kinks. I would send one simple outreach email to either of them, and at no point did I have to follow up with a phone call to get them to respond.
Allow me to share just one example: we were shown where the staples go and apparently we didn’t close that area properly so we encountered a paper jam. Erwin had left, so I simply sent him an email saying we were experiencing a problem. The next thing I knew, one of our employees was standing at my door saying, “the guy came back and fix the jam and now everything is okay.” It was that simple!
At each point, both Erwin and Arthur would keep me apprised of developments - what had been done, what was being done, what would be done next, and ensuring that things were closed out satisfactorily. It was great teamwork and I could not have asked for a better team to work alongside. They both exemplified the true meaning of customer service – something that is hard to find these days.
Prior to the installation, Erwin, true to his word, kept us updated, patiently answered my numerous questions – even when I sent him my highlighted questions on the contracts – and kept us informed all the way through.

Instead of dealing with all the pain that comes with buying copy machine I found Prompt Business Systems best solution. They had variety of options, and since we found best for us- it's been 7 years and now 3rd copier that we leasing from them. Company you can rely on. A pleasure to do business with.
