Tammy is a highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. I was upset and in pain when I started therapy, however, felt immediately confident after our first session. I feel like I have my hand/wrist back. She is outstanding.

Unlike many hand therapists, Tammy is not cookie cutter. I spent 6 months in an occupational hand center in Fl where every person irregardless of their problem or their age, received the same exact therapy. Tammy designs and engineers solutions that are tailored to a patients individual problems. As a nurse/ MBA who spent 30 plus years on Pharma, I couldnt be more impressed with the results.

I went to Tammy for a fracture to my hand I got from skiing.  She is a great therapist and knew exactly what I needed to strengthen my hand and wrist.  My wrist feels back to 100% and her level of service is 5 stars!

Tammy is wonderful!! I was suffering with a very painful trigger thumb that left me unable to do basic things since I couldn't bend my thumb. I saw a hand surgeon who gave me a shot of cortisone and said that if that didn't help next step would be surgery. The last thing I wanted to do was have surgery (and the cortisone didn't help).I researched extensively online and started seeing more and more references to hand therapy for alleviating trigger thumb symptoms and decided I wanted to try that before actually contemplating surgery. Tammy's name came up in my search for the BEST hand therapist in NYC and was also recommended to me by my massage therapist.Tammy helped me achieve what I thought was impossible - I am now 100% pain free and have full mobility back in my thumb!! She knew just the right things to do, including making me a custom splint to keep my thumb in place, ultrasound therapy, massage and exercises for me to do at home. I highly recommend Tammy - she is the BEST!!
