Nutritionist NYC

I have had ongoing thyroid issues for a few years that caused me to gain a lot of weight. I really thought I'd never be able to get a handle on it and it started to affect my quality of life. My doctor said I should see a nutritionist. I put it off for a while but once I started working with Jessica the weight actually started to come off. I couldn't believe it. I never felt deprived and I felt in control of my eating. I really feel like she has given me my life back. I hope anyone else who wants to improve their health decides to do the same and not wait as long as I did.

OK so I had a lot of weight to lose. I knew I needed to get professional help so I did. Jessica is a great fit for me because talking to her is like talking to a friend, but she really knows what she's talking about. Losing weight has been a journey but she's there for me and I feel that I couldn't have done it without her.

You can tell she really cares and wants you to succeed. I've lost weight, and my overall health has definitely improved. Even my skin and hair look better. People have noticed and it feels really good!
