        As a person that has been a Caseworker in the past as well as Deputy Director, Supervisor, Lead and a translator for 15th other deployments with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). I have never been treated so cruel and disrespectfully by SLS which won the bid for Emergency Shelter then turned around and sub contract to Favorites Healthcare. Which I have worked for 7 years but this deployment here in NYC WAS THE WORST. I've finalized my decision due to the lack of professional growth opportunities. SLS only promotes friends and family even though they have no prior experience. Some Leadership even hire drug addicted individuals non educated persons. Some of us have college degrees!!!

        Dont even work for this agency suspended me with no apparent reason. All I know you cant start working before doing a drug test. Be careful if you try to call out , theyll suspend you without any explanation and no one picks up the phone! Lack of communication with this agency and unprofessional!!!
