        Went to the store to get a chin wax. The woman sitting nearest the door was so rude and dismissive. I asked if I could get a wax and she tells me "No, can't you see I am busy. Come back later." I asked what time should I come back and she tell me "Later, later. Just come back later." She was loud and rude. I will come back to the shop again. I ended up going to the Wax Shop around the corner and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Though, I was a walk-in, they treated me with respect.

        The gel polish chipped the exact same day I got them done. Will never return and wish I could get my money back. My college graduation is next week too. Super upset
