This place does NOT care about their customers at all. Take your business elsewhere that wont treat you like filth to make more money. I have been a loyal customer to DLI for 4 years! Always get my powder nails done. I had to do my nails before a trip and knew I would be back sooner than usual, was recommended to do dazzle until next session (which I was assured would last 2 weeks). I was charged an extra $10 to remove old polish and $5 for long lasting dazzle. 2 days later I was backed with all nails completely chipped and 6 nails BROKEN . So unhappy and decided to just fix the problem and go back to my usual powder. Not only was NOTHING done complimentary, but I was charged ANOTHER $20 to fix broken nails. I am now negative an extra $55 (+ original manicure) that I should not have been obligated to pay when back days later. Sarah did NOT care and did not even apolgogiE. I will NEVER go back if loyalty means nothing to them

Horrible service. Kept me waiting in the chair for a really long time. Then I got charged the full price of a pedi mani when all the did was a pedicure and cut and file my finger nails.

Do not go here. I am a Latin woman and was the only one asked to pay first. The rest of the clients were white women and I watched as none of them were asked to pay first. Will not be returning. Need to fix your prejudices. Dont ask women of color to pay beforehand! Stop being racist. No excuse.

I live near to this Salon and go there at least twice a month. They never disappoint me, people are very pleasant
