        I asked to remove my gel nail polish and the lady drilled with an electric file into my real nail - she said it was acrylic despite me saying its my real nail. It is so terribly painful, I havent been able to sleep and its really hard to use my hands because theres barely any nail left, I am not used to having my nails so thin and damaged like this. I went back and they were nice about it. They gave me my money back and offered me a $10 off a manicure ( which I wont return for as its been traumatic) Just to highlight for nail protector it cost a lot more. And I have seen that there are a lot of people that have experienced the same thing - I really hope that this review just makes them take it more seriously.
