Anna is the best! Another great manicure at COCO Nails. This time I got a gel French manicure. Anna's attention to detail is impeccable, and she always asks me how I'm liking the shape and design of the manicure through every step.

I have been going here for 2 and a half years and would actively spend $200 a month every month on gel manicures and pedicures. I even sent family members who became regular customers. One time I was running late and the receptionist made a mistake in my appointment and refused to accommodate my appointment despite having text messages to confirm my original booking. Instead they were extremely nasty and told me that despite me having a work emergency and being a super loyal customer that my situation was not their problem and refused to accommodate my appointment and told me that I was late and it didnt matter. Their nastiness was astonishing, especially when I was a regular customer who came twice a month consistently for years. I will never go back and would highly encourage any prospective customers to go elsewhere. Your loyalty and patronage doesnt mean anything in the end. Service: Gel manicures
