Steve Arniotes, As a Senior Mortgage officer, he has performed flawlessly. If we could rate Steve Arniotes with more than 5 stars, we certainly would. Steve is the most kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable loan officer we've ever met.
He navigated thru the bumps and road blocks of our refinancing process like a pro.
Though there were many complications and hiccups that you could not even imagine, Steve worked through these issues with professionalism and a can-do attitude. Our refinance was unique and complicated to say the least. Down to the appraisal. Other companies tried but could not get it done. Network Capital, Steve Arniotes particularly, went above and beyond to get this loan funded. We literally were calling Steve almost every day, sometimes 2 and 3 times a day for two months straight, sometimes calm but often times distraught.
Never did I feel as if he was annoyed by our calls. He made us feel as though we were his only clients. He would return calls promptly, even on the weekend. When he didn't know something he would say just that but would always assure us that he'd find out and rest assured he always did.
I was amazed at the quality of time he gave us to get this loan funded. Not only did he patiently address all our concerns but also provided alternatives to help get the best deal possible.
This is a person that should be educating and teaching other individuals in a company how to conduct business with integrity, professionalism and with a personal touch.
