As first time home buyers, Lynne could not have made it any easier. She was great to work with, would answer any question we had, and made herself very available whenever we had questions. We always felt like she had our back and was working in our best interest to get the most important thing: a low rate. Her upfront and straightforward style was a great fit for us, since we never had any ambiguity about our loan options or what to expect in the process. When we had a closing date in mind, she worked hard to make sure we could get it. We can't recommend Lynne and Citizens enough.

I cannot recommend working with Lynne Rose highly enough. She and her team at Citizens Bank were exceedingly clear and patient communicators with my boyfriend/girlfriend and I as we navigated the process of purchasing our first home. Lynne made herself available day and night to answer our questions, of which there were many. She secured an extremely competitive rate for us and walked us through all of our various options in terms of loan structure so that we could make the best decision for us.
