        Mr. David Horowitz has successfully helped exclusively for almost all of HNA Group’s real estate acquisitions and refinancing in the US including 245 Park Avenue, 850 Third Avenue, 1180 Avenue of Americans and several out of state Office Buildings with lead lenders such as JPM, Blackstone, with very favorable terms. Dave’s team is extremely efficient, thoughtful, professional and most of all working on the Borrowers’ side for the best market pricing and in advance. We saved not only a lot of financing pricing and costs but unnecessary aggregation with lenders due to their experiences and professionalism.
