Headway

I love my son's therapist through Headway. My problem is with Headway. Cigna is reimbursing them and yet they are telling my therapist she is out of our network, so she won't book with us. Try to find a phone number to reach a human at Headway, I dare you. It doesn't exist. Someone emailed me back. First name only. No number in her email for me to call. Said she'd call. Didn't. It's Better Business Bureau reporting time, I fear.

I wanted to weigh in when I saw the other ratings. I did an intake with Headway a while ago and after the intake, they sent me a bill and never followed up. They ignored multiple attempts to contact them through phone and email and I was never able to schedule a follow-up appointment. I reached out to customer service and was told multiple times that I would have to pay even though they dropped the ball on offering services. If you work at headway and want to refund me, Id be grateful! Still waiting, Brandon and Alethia!

this company creates memberships you can barely cancel, all to make them rich. Purely scam. THEY DONT CARE... whatever I tried.

Worked with Alison Kahler and have to say it was a terrible experience. At first she was great and very insightful. Then I had to miss an appointment for a literal life or death situation and was charged 5 times the going rate for missing an appt with a legitimate reason. This is a disgusting company that provides no consistent experience for their clientele. They pass the buck if you complain about a therapist and act like they have no control over anything. I came to this person for help and ended up having it cost me extreme amounts of money to the by where it interfered with being able to pay bills. Your job is to help. Not make things worse. Kudos Alison Kahler find a new line of work maybe

This company should have a review system for the professionals. The client should post a review because most of their professionals take phone calls during the sessions and all say that it is an important call and that the patient is at life risk more than 3 times during the session and all sessions. Then 10 to 19 minutes later and tell you a sad history. I do not want to hear what the other patient is suffering. I already have my own problems, and its the reason that Im going to therapy. I do not know if this is correct to do since the professional didn't say the patients name. They also text while in session. No respect for the client at all. Some of them have written on their profile what they are offering and include a 15-minute free; this is how they select if they want to work with you. They discriminate patient against a patient based on the clients situation, so they do offer what you are looking for, but then they select you according to your situation. They are not here to help you but instead to use the insurance money. They study to help and sounds very nice but is not the true reality.
