Jen is excellent. In addition to getting the deal done efficiently, she did so calmly and provided excellent guidance. She is clear and responsive. She never failed to take or respond to a call or a message. She was effective and fast. She earned and kept my confidence. She built and maintained rapport with me. Without any hesitation Jennifer's services in helping our family sell a property in Brooklyn was worth every penny of the commission earned. Jen helped us navigate the "city" world with all it's nuances. Negotiations over sale price were facilitated in a professional and rewarding manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer Corcoran with CORE as a NYC broker. Jen really listened to what we were looking for and focused on sharing and showing properties that fit our criteria. Jen made showing us places easier with detailed schedules and appointments confirmed. Jen's communication and follow-up throughout our home-buying process kept us focused and things moving forward. Once we found the co-op that we loved, Jen guided us through the purchase process and provided us with the guidance and insight that only an expert could to make sure we were ready and prepared to move forward with the property we wanted. When buying a Co-Op in NYC, we learned that the offer to closing process can take some time and Jen was there with us through each step - contract, board submission, interviews, mortgage, and closing. Jennifer went above and beyond what was needed to sell my co-op apartment in Brooklyn. It all happened without a hitch, from initial marketing to closing within 100 days, even with bank involvement. Shes a great agent!
