Brett is the best! He patiently and entertainingly navigated us Ohioans ( our whole family sometimes ) through our long time dream of owning our own place on the upper east side! No easy task! It all started when son who lives in Manhattan met him at an open house we sent our son to -just to peek. Brett was respectful of my son in this open house situation so we decided to have Brett be in charge of our search! It took us a year of visits to find the perfect place but we found it! Brett managed to get us exactly what we wanted in the deal also and has followed up even after the deal closed. Hes Brett was a 100% pleasure to work with.
