        I visited CHILI with my friend on the evening of 4/7. While the service was commendable, the food quality was nothing short of a nightmare. We ordered one entree called Fish Blossom. And when we finished our meals, both of us began to feel nauseous, accompanied by intense stomach pains. It wasn't long before the sickness escalated, with bouts of vomiting and even fever setting in. I cannot in good conscience recommend CHILI to others based on this experience. It's crucial for any restaurant to prioritize the quality and safety of their food above all else, and CHILI fell short in this regard.

        I had bok choy, fried fish, and dim sum, and it was all delicious. Just 1 hour and 30 minutes? It was a bit disappointing that I had to leave immediately after eating. I hadn't even finished eating yet, but I felt a bit of a rush.

        It's a solid spot, but I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped. The scallion pancake lacked scallions, of all things. It felt more heavy pastry rather than oily traditional scallion pancake. The mapo tofu was fine. It had good heat, but the numbing peppers were lacking. Other than that the place is warm, vibrant, and the service is very good.

We are intensely scrupulous in our food handling, storage, and preparation. We are inspected regularly by the health department and always pass handily, and we display our “A” rating proudly by the entrance to Chili. As you rightly say, it is crucial for restaurants to make food safety and quality the top priority, and that is what Chili has always done, and will always do.
