Chipotle is usually very good. The wait this particular day was horrible. There was a man who placed a very large order. It was well over 20 minutes in line. I left before I wasted any more of my lunch break. This location needs more staff..

I placed a large order for a specific time to feed crew members that didn't have time to get food themselves. The order was cancelled at the time it was supposed to arrive. This is the only chipotle that will deliver in the area and it is extremely unreliable.

WORST CHIPOTLE IN THE CITY. DO NOT GO HERE. Never knew how the quality standard of a major franchise could vary so much until I went here. In my last couple visits: - Did not have lettuce AND steak at 7 PM....seriously??? - Received a mobile order 15 minutes after the scheduled time - Had steak so tough I seriously felt like I was eating beef jerky - In my most recent visit had the most overly salted burrito bowl I've ever had and also found a very hard unidentified meat (rock hard) in the bowl I REPEAT: WORST CHIPOTLE IN THE CITY. DO NOT GO HERE.

Unfortunately I have the same experience as many others. You never know when they decide to accept mobile ordering because it will stay available on the app even when they arent. And its your only option because they dont accept in-person ordering. It even affects the poor delivery people on 3rd party apps who go all the way to this location to have orders not completed or the restaurant completely closed! I realize COVID may be negatively affecting this location I just wish they were able to communicate that more effectively. Order from any other location if you can.

How has this placed not been taken over by corporate? Its never open, when it is, its a mess inside. For over a year, its been the worst shop in the neighborhood. Fire the manager, and hire someone who can build an organization. This isnt working. Otherwise, just permanently close so a better operated restaurant can open.
