        I was there Saturday afternoon.. Excellent customer service. The ladies were so nice. One described the spicy sauce to me, the cashier watched my food for me when I was in the bathroom, and another employee gave me a sticker to seal my tortilla chips bag with. Delicious, warm food. Great experience. Keep up the good work.

        Spent half an hour on line having to leave to catch my train. There are 10 people behind the counter and one person serving food and like 20 people on line. SMH Then people wonder why businesses shut down poor customer service. 30 minutes on line and didn't get my food. Never again.

        WORST Chipotle Ive been to. Every time I go it takes literally 5 minutes per customer. Today I stood in line for 25 minutes and there were 6 people in line. These people are beyond slow. Either get new employees or hire more. Ridiculous

        I was in NY with my family on vacation. The wrap was pretty good, had to ask for more fillings, several people did. I appreciate having to show your vaccination card. Food was hot and fresh, but they allow too many people inside at one time.
