Chipotle Mexican Grill

The service is the slowest that Ive experienced at any other location, and also the portion was the smallest (the rice was only a thin layer that covered half of the base of the container & they put like 3 lettuce strings). The chicken was burnt, luckily there were only 4 small pieces (Im not exaggerating). I normally love Chipotle, but this was overall a really really bad experience.

Very poor you can tell is Kids that work there, the way they serve you your food as if theyre feeding a Dog! Dont stir up their meat feed you the dry part, the Burrito wasnt wrapped all the way ripped b holes I was livid

The grill was dirty. It had food burnt on it. The food presentation was terrible. The top was not placed tightly on my side of sour cream and it spilled on everything. But I purchased bc I had to hurry back to work.

Theres manager so rude, forgot about the sour cream seem underpay with her job. Unwilling to give the food unless you ask for more but still been stingy with this

i waited on line for 20 minutes just to get to the counter and the employee tell me and the 2 other customers after me that we have to wait for white rice. after waiting , the portions are super minimal , grill was dirty in the back ( which you would think theyd keep clean since its visible ) , manger or owner whatever she was was so rude to the staff causing them to either have attitude with customers or discourage them to move quicker ( which was VERY much needed due to the line being damn near by the door.) - lettuce and cheese all over the floor and all you hear is the rude manager/ owner raising her voice to employees reminding them faster! faster! . literally a mess overall. super disappointed because of how convenient the location of the store it.
