Pre and during the pandemic i was in search of a good therapist. I tried through my Kaiser insurance and was pretty disappointed. I also tried betterhelp and that felt like I was dealing with the public defenders of therapy. Honestly, i was tired of doing these initial sessions with people that didnt seem qualified or trained to do be high level therapist. After having a conversation with one of my friends/life coaches he referred me to Dr. Vladimire! She was nothing short of sensational. She was effective and impactful from the first session. I was dealing with grief, marital issues and self abandonment. After speaking with Dr. V i felt some of the immediate burdens lifted from my shoulder. She is motivating, supportive and she also keeps you accountable. She doesnt just seem like a therapist that works with black men, she is a therapist that invests in black men, connects with the reality of black men and that is rare. She is one of one!

Finding Therapy For Black Men has been one of the highlights of my adult life. Being young black & from the inner city in this country has a ton of subconscious side effects that most people arent provided the tools to take on efficiently. I know I wasnt, needless to say after finding a Therapist through TFBM I feel seen & better prepped to tackle anything that comes my way going forward. At full scale Its helped improved my quality of life as well as my long term & short term relationships I hold dear. Im thankful for this safe space. If youre thinking about trying it out, just do it. Youll thank yourself later.
