        Valera is a scam. After assuring me that I was covered by insurance on multiple occasions, I saw a psychologist and a counselor there for about 6 months before I ever received a bill. The bill was several thousand dollars (my copay should have been $25 per weekly session). In the year since, I have repeatedly tried to correct this. Every time I have someone tell me (once in writing) not to worry and that they will fix all the charges to reflect my $25 copay. Every few months I get a new bill for thousands of dollars and the process starts all over again. Avoid Valera at all costs. Ultimately your mental health will suffer even more if you end up trusting them.
