I was a little nervous bc Ive had a bad Botox experience in the past but Sam (Soho location) made me feel safe and confident in Plumps process. Sam listened closely to my concerns and desires and assessed my skin from there. She only administered what I was comfortable with and the results were fantastic. Im on my way back now for my second appt with Sam for my wedding refresh! Highly recommend.

Plump is a great aesthetics clinic and Brittany has been been AMAZING to work with!! Her work has already exceeded my expectations for my skin progress with great treatments including chemical peels and lasers that are already showing benefits. She walks you through the steps and aftercare and is a great resource on all things skin!!

I chose to do Botox and filler after a thorough consultation with Caitlin. She really listened to what I wanted and was conservative with my treatment because it was my first time doing filler. I appreciated that Caitlin took the time to explain all of the injectable and non injectable options. She walked me through the procedures so I was fully knowledgeable and comfortable with my decisions. Plump is a great fit for me because I dont want to go to my dermatologist and Im not comfortable going to a cheap Botox place. Plump has a great reputation, and Caitlin specifically is an NP with over 10 years of experience. Ive Botox a lot, and never experienced so little pain!
