If you are woman over 40 years old and have dense breasts do not get your yearly mammogram at Mount Sinai. They do not follow up with your results and if you need additional testing they will not contact you either. The radiology department is running by clericals and technicians only. Also, they do not give your results to another doctor if they are out their network

I had to cancel an appointment and the lady on the phone was so rude. I couldn't understand her so I asked her a question and she yelled at me! They need better management.

I dont know why this place is rated so low. Scheduling an appointment here was simple, I was able to do so online. Upon arrival, security was very polite. The front desk staff were all very nice and friendly. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. The place was almost completely empty (Saturday around noon). I arrived 30 minutes prior to my ultrasound appointment time, as instructed and I was seen 25 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time, which was fantastic. The ultrasound tech was kind and thorough. Ive been to various Mount Sinai Radiology locations, and my experience here was the best among them all. Based on my experience, I would recommend this location.
