        On behalf of my father, Harold Zapata, I wanted to thank Mount Sinai Hospital and Dr. Todd Lasner for saving our father's life. We are very grateful for the professional attention of all the doctors, nurses and staff who participated in the success of the surgeries performed. My fathers surgery was a level 12 spinal surgery, after having gone through a second open heart surgery in two years. We are very grateful for Dr. Lasners skill, concise communication of information and treatment of my fathers condition and my father as a patient. We cant thank and praise Dr. Lesner, his team, and the people at Mount Sinai enough. The Zapata Family
