Lauren is fantastic! I saw her for the management of acute and chronic injuries and she was able to successfully treat both. She's a great communicator and made me feel at ease while also treating me as aggressively as was needed to deal with some really difficult injuries. I will absolutely be visiting Lauren again. I've been seeing Lauren for numerous issues over the past few years. Her treatments have spanned the array of things, from helping me with my knee recovery after surgery, to shoulder problems to stress/anxiety. What every I throw at her she is able to address and I always feel better after each treatment. Lauren always takes the time to explain everything and make sure I am comfortable.

Im a pianist and piano teacher. After many years of doing my job I experienced constant and not- pleasant pain in my neck, shoulder, which over the years expended to my hip and knee. I thought I have to get use to live with a pain. I was wrong! I found the acupuncture as the great opportunity for my health improvement. Im struggling with the muscles tension, which causes the pain and is limiting my activity. After the 1 th session with Lauren I already feel much better. Im planning to have a package of 5 treatments. I did the series of acupuncture in the Spring and it was helpful for many months. Im lucky to live in New York City and have this kind of treat for myself, to meet Lauren and use her skills to feel good and happy with my health.

Lauren made me feel at ease immediately. I was new to acupuncture / non-traditional healing and a bit nervous and skeptical. I appreciated that she took the time to not just treat me but help me understand and choose how we could use acupuncture and/or herbs. No pressure, everything was clearly explained and we made decisions about my treatment together. Shes thorough and professional but also empathetic and warm. With a consistent course of short-term treatment (about 4-5 visits) I definitely felt relief. Not sure if herbs are for me but I will absolutely go back to Lauren for acupuncture. P.S. love that she gets climbing and climbers!
