Doctor is really patient and very professional. My medical issues always resolve in her hands. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Plus I found out the office has the card reader now and I can pay by swiping my work debit card last week. Everythings perfect for me.

Stray away if you dont usually carry cash on you!!! In the year of 2023, you would think that physician offices would have the capability of accepting a debit card as a form of payment. As my experience - this office does not accept debt card, credit card or Apple Pay as form of payment. You are not even allowed to use your Flexible Spending account card issued by your insurance provider. It is quite ridiculous and tedious for an establishment to still ask for hard cash without the ability to use your DEBIT card. The receptionists are mainly suitable for Chinese speaking customers as their communication in English lacks SEVERELY. Solely because of this I will be switching my primary physician.

My fav e! Even my friends have switched to Yin Yin Win's clinic. At first, I was a bit skeptical because most of the patients seemed to be of Chinese descent, and I felt a bit out of place. But after being a patient there for 9 months, I can say that I am beyond satisfied. Yin Yin Win is the reason I discovered that my body couldn't absorb regular D-vitamin supplements. She's truly amazing!

I have lived in NYC for 7 years and this is the best doctor I have had so far! She is thorough, extremely smart, and she is proactive. She listens to what you say - and asks follow up questions to dig deeper. I have had so many male physicians disregard my symptoms. Dr. Yin Yin listened and for my second visit after the annual physical examination and with the test answers in hand - she was able to see something was wrong, which was later confirmed by further testing.
She did that after just having met me once - and getting the bloodtests.
Now, I am waiting for further testing to see if surgery might be needed!
Everyone should have a doctor like her!
Also, I cant believe these petty reviews only complaining about a cash copay! You leave a negative review there risking that patients will miss out on a great doctor because you were upset with a cash copay! Really!?

Dr. Yin Yin Win is my husband and Is family doctor, as well as my mother Huang Meijins family doctor. Not only did she have superb medical skills, she was compassionate and caring. She loved and cared for my mother Huang Meijin as if she were her own mother. My mother has been treated with love and dedication by her since she immigrated to the United States. My mother likes Yin Yin Win very much. When she discovered that my mother had signs of a stroke, she reminded the family many times that my mother had symptoms of a stroke and recommended that she go to the hospital for treatment. However, Lewis John suddenly appeared from the sky and was my mother Huang Meijin's medical health authorized person. At the meeting convened by the doctor at 10 a.m. on November 19 to discuss whether my mother should undergo gastric tube treatment, Lewis John, my mothers medical and health authorizer, was notified, but was absent without reason because he could not produce a legal authorization letter. Lewis John, you are not worthy to be my mother's grandson. You can accept whatever grandma gives you. You were not present for such a big thing as grandma's illness. How could you know the content of our meeting if you were not present? What is your intention in taking the content of the meeting out of context? I was present at the meeting. If you were my mother's health attorney why weren't you present at the meeting? Because of your inaction, doctors at Elmhurst Hospital recommended that my mother undergo gastric tube treatment in March this year. Your inaction has caused my mother's illness to become incurable. Please show me documentation that you are the authorized person for my mother's health care.
