I've had a lot of foot pain from wearing narrow shoes for many years. The appointment mainly consisted of waiting for the doctor to stop by and then being upsold on some laser pain management treatment...but what topped off this experience is having a collections agency being engaged when I didn't receive physical mailers after moving. If you have an online portal, send a freaking email.

Ive had very positive experiences at Dr Barkoffs office for several years, concerning more than one issue. He is meticulous, skilled, extremely personable and clear. He has been thoughtful and sensible about the various options available to treat my issueshelping me to figure out the right path for me. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. He is an excellent podiatrist. Also: the staff is pleasant and helpful.

I was having years and years of foot discomfort until I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Ferguson. Not only did he get to the problem of my foot but he treated me with so much warmth and respect. His bedside manner was wonderful. He spent so much time explaining everything he was doing and answered all of my questions even the ones that were ridiculous. Thank you Dr. Ferguson for such a positive experience. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends!

I have never written a bad review for anywhere before, but this honestly takes the cake. I have experienced significant pain since I was a child in my feet, and I was SO excited to get a first appointment with somewhere that had seemingly good reviews. Dr. Ferguson shut me down and did not let me explain any problem in full, did not let me state my history, and even made comments like "It's New York, everyone's feet hurt." I felt my pain was invalidated, and I was not listened to at all. I left the office in tears at how I was treated - I have truly never experienced a worse appointment. Dr. Ferguson was unprofessional and hurtful. I will, of course, not be continuing care.
