This specialty hospital has some truly blessed and special people working here. Shernika, Sandra, Abiba, Tonia, Joyce, Dr. Michael anesthesiologist, Dr. Le, and the list goes on. I'm not sure I spelled their names correctly, but regardless, May Jesus bless you and have His hand in all that you do always! John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and Only son that those who believe in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."

I just had my first surgery at MEETH and I could not have had a better experience. From the minute I got there, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They are so organized and every step of the way flowed flawlessly. It made me feel very comfortable. My pre-op nurse Barbara was amazing. She answered all my questions and helped me fell less nervous about my procedure. My Anesthesiologist Dr. Reynolds was great. And my post-op care was top of the line. They were extremely attentive and I could not have been happier with my visit here.

Terrible, terrible, cruel gatekeepers. I was referred here for my daughters puzzling dizzy spells. When checking in for the appointment, the lady at the desk saw my insurance card and sent me down to the clinic (even though I had an appointment upstairs). I waited in line at the clinic and someone there was screening everyone in line and she sent me back upstairs for my appointment because I truly had an appointment upstairs. Upstairs I was told the doctor was in emergency surgery and to wait in the waiting room which we did for about 5-6 hours. (Me and my 2 kids.) Then I was told the doctor was gone. Rescheduled.. When I came back (eastern LI to Manhattan mind you) I was told I had never come there every before and they had nothing from me. (It took forever to get back the MRA for my daughter when we finally gave up). I was also rudely asked Do you even have a job??!! When the insurance company called on my behalf the front desk was rude to her too, and was pretending to pass the call to her boss Really just a co-worker. All that came of this was supposed retraining off staff. My daughters medical treatments postponed by many months.
