Boris Mechanical

Boris mechanic is such a fraud. They told us we had to make a full payment upfront, otherwise they wouldn't take the job and this was their company policy. So we did make a full payment. After checking with department of building we didn't need to proceed the job we requested. So we asked to canceled the job since they haven't started it yet and we asked for a refund. But, they refused and did not give us any refund. We asked for partial refund as Boris mechanic didn't do anything. We didn't get any refund and wasted our $4000, they were the one who was yelling at us. They were so rude, had no conscience, and had no business ethics. They were just taking advantages from us since we were not native speakers. Definitely, they were the worst contractor I ever worked with and I am writing this review to prevent any victims like me. This incident happened last year, I still think this is very unfair!!!!! And, I want my money back!!!!!!

We have been using Boris Mechanical for over two years now. The owner James is super knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade. They are a one stop shop for all of our gas, general plumbing and sprinkler repair needs. Great experience with their work. Literally a no job is too small modo. (Boris) Great company. Professional plumbers and more importantly won't leave the job site till the work is completed. I will recommend it to everyone.
