My cotton mattress pad protector has such softness and sheen that I was loathe even to cover it. Top notch staff; incredible products Go to this beautiful space and let yourself be guided by Ryan. I had the good fortune of being helped by Ryan in the store on 5th avenue. Ryan was patient in helping me understand the differences in the mattresses, and was thoughtful in helping me talk through my needs and wants. Ryan changed the way I think about mattress support! I have never felt so informed in making a mattress purchase. I made the switch from a tempur-pedic - it feels good to buy from a company that uses organic, high-quality, and sustainably-sourced materials - after all I am sleeping with them every night! If you are looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend Ryan as a guide.

Humberto and the other workers in the store were amazing in helping us make an informed purchase decision! They assisted us in identifying our needs instead of just trying to sell their most expensive products. I highly recommend checking them out in-store to resolve any questions you might have before placing an order. Not to mention, complimentary Strawberry Kombucha!!

We wore out Billy and Humberto (sp?)on the day we were trying to decide which mattress to purchase, trying each style numerous times over far too many hours. Alas, we decided on the original - without the topper - but keeping in mind we might eventually purchase the topper. The mattress and frame arrived earlier than anticipated and in good shape. Assembling the frame was very easy. We have now slept on it for a month and just love it. Hard to give up our old, much loved Schiffman, but after 28 years it was time. Great decision, superb and knowledgeable customer service matched to a company that is supportive of the environment and their employees. Highly recommend the mattress(es).
