        OMG! I was jet-lagged after a 24 hour flight and had to join work immediately, and I was also working during and immediately after my flight. My whole body was hurting but I didn't want to take the option to quit working -and the massage therapist knew (without me saying a word) the areas she had to work on. She knew exactly where to press (even I didn't know, haha!) and she knew for how long. I didn't even require sleep to recover, I recovered with just this massage!
