The locksmith took his time to complete the task thoroughly and correctly. There will be no cowboy. He was sincere and considerate to my requirements.

Locksmith refused to give fees over the phone. I ended up paying $705 to replace a cartridge when the hardware store around the corner said he could provide cartridge and installation for $230. Locksmith added extra costs when it took less than 15 minutes to complete. I feel cheated.

Charged me $600 when I was locked out of my apartment. He replaced the lock. The other time I used a lock smith when locked out, that wasnt necessary. The technician was nice enough but it felt like a rip off.
