        Bought something that didn't fit. Brought it back with the receipt and original packaging, just like the receipt said. They refused to give store credit b/c I had opened the package. Fine, but why does your receipt say to bring back the original packaging if you mean it must be unopened? Limited selection and high prices are bad enough, but the consistently grouchy service really seals the deal for a solid two stars. At least the folks at the big box stores (if you can catch them) don't snarl.
