I do not recommend this lender. From the beginning, I did not receive timely responses to my application. I submitted all the requirements and gave them access to my bank accounts, but they called me a month later to tell me I was not approved. The lack of seriousness and professionalism in their responses was disappointing. It's a shame that the SBA considers them as an option because there are serious and committed small businesses out there. Furthermore, I would not accept a loan from such an unreliable lender.

Mr. Guzman took the time to listen to my business situation, which was/is complex and his team since inception were determined to make it work.
