I have had a terrible service experience at Mooi. The person assisting me was Christina and she really messed me around. I really wanted the Heracleum III Linear light in white. This was 2 weeks ago and they had 2 in stock.
First, Christina sent me a sales offer with the wrong light- even though we had talked in length about the light I wanted. After that she sent me the right sales offer but wouldnt send the info to my contractor so I could get the discount. Then she told me she was calling me the following day to finalize the sale- she never did! I had to pursue her in a way that generally is the other way around.
Today, she sent me a credit card authorization form which I was about to fill. Luckily I called her to ask if the light was still in stock. Christina told me that the light I was getting - the linear III WAS OUT OF STOCK. Why didnt she tell me before asking for my credit card info????

Being a jaded NYer one doesn't get impressed easily. The Moooi New York City showroom is almost a tourist destination on its own that's how stunning and compelling it is. The gorgeous, unique, whimsical lighting and furniture are next level. Add to that, the lovely and attentive customer service, it's a no-brainer for anyone looking to upgrade their home or commercial space.
