FLOS Soho Showroom

I have had a five star experience with David L who works at the Greene St, Soho location. He is so kind, informative and super helpful. Beautiful inside and out. I was surprised after seeing these other reviews so I hope that Flos pay him well and that he stays! I just purchased a selection with Davids advise and will be back to get a few more. I do think however there needs to be more than one person working. I also found the lights to be well priced and so far I am very happy. Thank you David! We will return. Excellent customer service.

Dangerous products. I purchased a FLOS Bellhop lamp. It burned out after three months and caused a small fire. I tried to deal with their customer service team and they were exceptionally rude and seemed unconcerned with the incident.

Their customer service is psycho. Nobody should waste their time purchasing FLOS products. My lamp arrived with a small crack on the bottom and a surface irregularity. The customer service agent said she does not see any defects in photos I sent and said these are man made products so they surely will have unpolished parts. What a joke and a petty standard for a brand that sells highly marked up designs. When I sent follow up pictures clearly marking where the defects are, she replied they are not defects because they are not on the outside and so not visible on a superficial level. You simply cannot reason with someone who claims that since the defect is on the bottom/inside, it is as if it does not exist at allyou just stay away. FLOS ruined my Black Friday this year, an impossible feat in itself.

I love the products, but the sales staff are completely clueless and totally useless. They have very little knowledge about the products or technical details like installation and instead tell you to look at the website.

The woman who has a thick accent refused to help me in any way... aside from look online! Duh, I had already looked!!!! My Flos Archimoon light bulb went out and can't figure how to get cover off to access lightbulb.
