PSA: This company seems to be trying to impersonate the real government office, the Authentication Services Section at Global Affairs Canada, which offers its service free of charge. This company tries to mislead people by suggesting that *they* are the Government of Canada's authentication office, or an affiliated entity of some sort. By doing that, they pocket the difference between what people pay them ($$$) and what they have to pay to Global Affairs Canada to get their documents processed ($0 because it's free). To avoid problems, just deal directly with authentication office at Global Affairs Canada. They won't charge you anything and provide clear step-by-step instructions on their website.
