On a good day Guardianship can be confusing and challenging, especially for a new Guardian. You are constantly familiarizing yourself with new information pertaining to a wide array of topics that come along quickly and consistently. Today we had a court appointment for Oral Arguments at Surrogate Court. Our attorney Alison was excellent and totally prepared in presenting all the facts of our case to the judge and the court clerk. Though we will have to wait for the judges final decision, our family could not have wanted anyone else by our side today and during these last trying two years.
