We unfortunately had the worst experience dealing with Lilian Chance during a recent closing due her high level on unprofessionalism. She constantly insulted the sellers during the closing, called them names, diminished the other party real estate firm, and did everything in her power to shut the deal down for no valuable and uncalled reasons. She threatened the sellers to shut the deal dow and even called them names such "pour little kittens". I would not recommend her services to anyone and would not want to be represented by such an individual who is at the end of the day a pour reflection of yourself. A transaction that should have lasted 30 minutes ended lasting 2.5 hours thanks to everyone's patience. Wondering if she behaved in such manners because she was on an hourly rate or just wanted to justify her salary. DO NOT HIRE HER IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH CLOSING

From selling our place to buying a new one, the people at AGMB were so responsive, gave great advice, orchestrated a simultaneous sell/buy flawlessly, and were sensitive to our lack of knowledge and financial boundaries. I highly recommend this law firm.
