I had a wonderful experience on Madison Jewelers !! All the team provided excellent customer service and they were super helpful with all my questions. I went in several times and they always were willing to help me cleaning my jewelry and watches and doing some repairs . They carry beautiful stuff , i bought a beautiful watch and gifs for all my family. Something that i love about Madison team is how friendly they are and their positive attitude. Excellent service, I was looking for some earrings for my anniversary girlfriend and Jenn girl very kindly showed me many options and I finally bought some emerald earrings for a very good price, I recommend this store to everyone!

Great store, I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring, she loves it! After two months of going back and forth between stores I finally found the one. Very professional and friendly!! Thanks to Jennifer the manager, she helped me a lot. Price is more than great. If I need jewelry I will only go there!! Great location 6 +

Avoid this place at all costs, only when you are planning to throw your money away. I went to the store and chose a ring, asked for its details and i was trapped into this we have the anniversary and 70% discount. So i picked 1.5 Karat diamond ring then i traveled, my friend went to pay and pick it up for me, the receipt and the appraisal from store stating the size is 1.5 and the colour and no real certificate..after a hassle Isaac the one who i was dealing with asked me to give them back the ring and they will send it back to the lab to get a certifcate. So the appraisal came with a stone size of 1.05 not 1.5 and on his explanation that he said the total of the main with he side stones is 1.5K !!! I got scammed and if there is a zero star,i'd give it to them
