Do not trust these guys. Watch all your jewelries when they clean it. NEvER let your jewelry leave your sight. Never have them re-string pearls, unless you like fake pearls. Don't believe me have your grandma bring something in to clean!

Sang saved the day! My husband was stung by a wasp on his finger and his finger ballooned and he needed his ring cut off asap. It was a Sunday morning and Sang and his staff were fantastic. So attentive and cautious and they were able to remove his ring safely. Great service and expertise.

I made a special trip to canal street from Syracuse, NY specifically to purchase an authentic jade bangle. My husband purchased one for me and paid over 300 dollars, on July 2, 2023. It is now august 8, and the bangle is cracked I called the jeweler (and was told to send pictures) and unfortunately, they are unwilling to help. They told me I must have hit my wrist on something. When I purchased this bangle, I was told I could put it on and didnt have to take it off I never hit my wrist on anything, and if I had hit my wrist hard enough to crack an authentic jade bangle, I would have remembered it. Im beyond disappointed and saddened by the jewelers blatant disregard and unwillingness to rectify the situation.
