She encouraged us to try on a variety of styles, explained the so-whats of the features that made each ring distinct, and even entertained our curiosity about (taught about, showed) select high jewellery styles.         Worst customer service. The team in the NYC store is not transparent when sharing costs for repairs and not disclosing the benefits the brand generally offers so you end up paying more! Be careful before purchasing anything with them. They have been lying to the online customer service on the fact that they are reaching out to solve issues. Overall very unprofessional team. Stay away
