Terrible service. I inquired about a watch that I am trying to sell. They werent going to take it which is fine, I waited 3 days for a reply until I had to email to be told my watch wasnt going to be boughten. Terrible customer service. Dont waste your time emailing this company.

Mike did an amazing job designing my wife's wedding band and re-designing her engagement ring that I had purchased elsewhere. This is very professional and capable jeweler that uses high tech processes for designing and building customized jewelry like engagement rings and wedding bands. The turn around time was also very quick and communication was great. I will forever be a customer of this store for all things jewelry related and will continue to recommend Mike and his team based on my experiences there.
