Cartier Fifth Avenue Mansion

I brought my Pasha Cartier timepiece to the Fifth Avenue Flagship Store on 5th Avenue for a repair evaluation. A week later, I received an email indicating the repair cost estimate. I felt I shouldn't pay for the repair since Basel fell off the watch, even though it's a vintage watch. That shouldn't have happened. I called the associate Nia Leary twice and left her a message she never returned my call. Then I called client services they told me they would have someone from the management team contact me regarding my concern. Now a week has passed no response from management. Now by this time, I was highly frustrated with the level of customer service of Cartier, a luxury jewelry brand that doesnt exist. I called again and finally spoke with Nia Leary, who apologized for not returning my call after leaving her a message. Then with an explanation, It's been hectic here in the boutique. An associate should never say such to a client ever. I said to Ms. Leary, unacceptable. She promised someone from management would contact me regarding my concerns. That call never happened. Finally, I had to go to the 5th Ave boutique to address the non-existing customer service. When I arrived at the boutique, I went immediately to the fourth floor and requested to speak with some from the management team. The store wasnt busy. I waited 20 minutes before who I thought was a manager, then came to find out she was a senior associate sent to deal with my concerns because the manager didnt feel comfortable addressing my situation. Another misstep for the luxury jeweler. Worst experience I have ever encountered with a luxury brand. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from Cartieran awful customer service experience.

Really disappointing customer service, when given a member of staff to talk to she was texting on her phone whilst serving us and rarely said two words. Ended up leaving and purchasing from Tiffany & Co whose service was impeccable.
