I had a fantastic experience at Frank Darling. I worked with Hayley and she helped me create a ring for myself, she was so wonderful and friendly, and she was so patient while I tried to decide on the right stones and design. The finished product is amazing, I am so happy about the ring and I've been wearing it every day. Everyone else there is lovely too. I can't recommend them enough.

We loved working with Frank Darling! Sierra was so kind and patient with us as we really werent sure what kind of ring we were looking for initially. She asked specific questions to guide us to find what we were looking for and we are so happy with our ring! Sierra found the perfect stone for us, made the perfect sketch for us, and delivered the perfect ring! My fiance and I cannot recommend Frank Darling enough, especially if youre with Sierra!!

My now-fianc (!!) had a great experience working with Zach at Frank Darling though the setting chosen was ultimately too thin for the size of the stone and when it inevitably got caught on something a few months in, it bent. I was devastated and reached out to FD to ask about resetting. I was connected with the amazing Alyse who was SO helpful and talked me through the whole process, helped me choose a new setting that was as similar to my original setting as possible. I am in Australia so sending a 3.51 carat diamond ring through the post overseas not once but three times was super stressful but the team at FD were amazing, so helpful and happy to answer all my questions and reassure me any time I checked in. My ring is just as gorgeous post-remake and I am so happy with it! I will 100% be back to buy more jewellery with Frank Darling in future!
