I had an amazing experience getting an engagement ring through Simon Ardem Jewelry. Having no idea what I was doing, they walked me through every step and were very patient and informative. I searched the world for this ring and I don't found it via Instagram and I'm so happy I did. I wanted an eternity ring that showcased the roundness of the diamonds with little metal overlapping. The experience was phenomenal the entire way. I emailed over a year and finally stopped by their NYC office while having a layover to talk options and make a decision. Communication was amazing and hospitality while stopping by exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to make a purchase again.

Simon Ardem is a treasure trove of elegance in NYC! Ardems exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. His stunning designs and impeccable quality never fail to impress. Every diamond piece I've purchased has been met with admiration and compliments. However, scheduling appointments and getting custom jewelry can be a bit challenging in time. My last order took 4 weeks to be completed, which was way longer than I expected.

Over the weekend, I recently purchased these beautiful set of diamond earrings from here for my wonderful lady. I find Simon Ardem, to be an incredible company to purchase jewelry for that special someone. The customer service was top notch! I found the people here to be very professional, personable, and resourceful type of business. I especially really enjoyed the personal touch and creativity that the owner Ardem brings to not only his business but also his jewelry as well. Higher quality compared to other companies I went to that did not have a welcoming business like Simon Ardem has.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase jewelry for themselves or for any significant people in your life. I wish there were more businesses like this around!!
