My experience with Erstwhile has been a master class in great customer service. My engagement ring needed to be sent back twice, once for resizing and once for a tarnish touch-up. Both times, they maintained constant communication and did great (and quick) work. When I wanted to have my ring touched up again during a work trip to NY, the process was quite effortless--a mere two-day turnaround, free of charge. If you're looking for a jeweler that really cares about their customers (and not to mention, sells gorgeous, unique rings), this is the one!

Great place to get jewelry! They started out as a really small operation on Etsy and just continued to grow with honesty and quality jewelry. Really nice instagram account. Rings look even better in person. Highly recommend!
