Honestly, the absolute best experience I've ever had with a jeweler in NYC. My fiance picked my engagement ring out, and we went back for our wedding bands as well. Anna and her team are truly the best people to work with, I couldn't be more happy with our rings!

Amazing experience with Anna Sheffield Jewelry. Special mention to the agent I worked with, Alison.
I bought custom engagement rings, and she helped find pictures to show how two rings go together perfectly. She went above and beyond customer care, checking in with me periodically to see status of order and decisions, offering answers to all my questions and being genuinely kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I live in Canada and had some issues with customs at the border but Alison was able to handle all of the stress with FedEx and expedite delivery.
The rings are gorgeous, the customer service is the best I've ever received, and most importantly my fianc said YES (and loved the rings)!

Terrrible experience. I checked online before going to the store to make sure they accepted walk-Ins. I have been a huge fan of the brand since 2017/18, only seeing the photos of them online. After finally going to NY I wanted to get a piece. Well, this was the worst experience I had in the city. The door was locked and I rang the bell and I saw a woman walk halfway to the door, roll her eyes and then just wave me away. I lightly knocked again with a wave and a smile. She just rolled her eyes and shook her head no. Another girl came to the door and opened. I explained I wanted to look around and buy a piece. I was a huge fan of the work. And she said no, we are doing paperwork. I ask do I need an appointment? I can come another time. Then she slowly closed the door while giving a no and a sympathetic smile. We were sooo so shocked! I was so embarrassed bc my SIL just had an amazing experience at Foundrae and this was the jeweler I picked to go to. I was so appalled by the experience. It was weird and rude. So I ended up buying pieces from Foundrae and will never go to this store again. I just wanted to have a Pretty Woman moment here because seriously Big mistake.

My boyfriend and I made an appointment last week to come in and look at engagement rings. The studio is really small and they dont even offer you a seat during your consultation. The woman helping us clearly didnt think we were serious about buying anything or didnt think we looked wealthy enough. She was condescending and rude when responding to our totally normal questions and she was offended when we asked about different prices, sizes and settings. We asked if they price the settings separate from the stones (which a lot of places do) and she basically laughed at us and pretended she didnt understand and then said they cant discuss prices. Thats a red flag!
She also didnt seem knowledgeable at all. She had to keep looking things up and didnt know much about the products. She also only showed us about 3 rings when there were tons more in the drawers. She also couldnt even pick up the diamonds she was showing up with the tweezers and kept dropping them. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. She didnt ask us anything about what were looking for, whats our budget or style etc. She clearly had no interest in helping us.
She also said she would email us and follow up and never did. Really poor customer service. Definitely felt like she was judging us and didnt think we could afford anything which is funny because we had a pretty high budget and really liked one of the rings and were serious about purchasing, but she never bothered to ask us. Wouldnt buy anything from a place that made us feel so uncomfortable, unwelcome, and judged.
